The most important factor in maintaining the performance of these lithium batteries and preventing thermal runaway and degradation is "thermal management (heat dissipation and cooling)." In the context of labor shortages in the manufacturing industry, the urgent need for "labor-saving" measures to reduce the man-hours required for control panel production and maintenance is becoming increasingly critical. Among these, the "plug-in terminal blocks compatible with round crimp terminals," which eliminate the need for traditional screw tightening, torque management, and post-operation re-tightening tasks, are gaining attention as a technology that dramatically improves the efficiency and reliability of internal wiring. On the other hand, as we promote the complete maintenance-free operation of control panels, "thermal management" becomes equally important alongside wiring labor-saving measures. As equipment within the panel is densely arranged due to space-saving designs, heat accumulation becomes more likely, leading to reduced lifespan and malfunctions of devices such as drivers and power supplies.
